Microsoft Word hidden text


Hiding text in Microsoft Word.

Highlight the text you want to conceal then right click on the text to bring up the sub context mouse menu.

Select 'Font' from the list

Click the 'Effects' tab

Select the check box next to 'Hidden'

The words vanish and cannot be printed out but they are still in the document.

Make hidden text reappear.

Go to the 'Tools> Options' command, choose 'View' tab

On Formatting marks select 'Hidden Text'
